Stan Mavridis, NCTM, CKTP

Stan is a fully qualified and highly experienced Massage Therapist located in Bath, England. His specialties include CORE Myofascial Therapy, CORE Structural Integration, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching (A.I.S.), Neuromuscular Therapy and Kinesio Taping.
Since 1994, Stan has worked with a variety of athletes from Olympic and World Championship medallists to members of England’s National Rugby Team. In addition to his private practice, Stan is currently Head Soft Tissue Therapist at the University of Bath. Here he is responsible for treating all Team Bath athletes and also works with British Skeleton, British Bobsleigh and British Beach Volleyball. Stan is also contracted with the English Institute for Sport (EIS) where he works with athletes from Uk Athletics, British Swimming (Bath ITC), England Netball, GB Modern Pentathlon, England Women's Rugby and British Skeleton.
Stan is a member of the Sports Therapy Association(STO) and Kinesio Taping Association (KTA). He is USA Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage (NCTM), Certified in CORE Myofascial Therapy and CORE Structural Integration and is a Certified Kinesio Taping practitioner (CKTP).
Stan is a former instructor at the Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA) located in Lakewood, CO which ranks as one of the leading massage schools in the USA. He is also an instructor of CORE Myofascial therapy and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) seminars and has taught numerous workshops with his mentors, George Kousaleos and Aaron Mattes. He currently teaches the level 3 Sports Massage course at the University of Bath.
Stan's interests include spending time with wife and two beautiful children, cycling, volleyball, skiing and snowshoeing.
